A Simpler Way To Build Your Business
This page is refreshingly straightforward because transparency is our policy. When you refer an agent to join ONE life Insurance, you earn 5% of the company's earnings on deals the agent brings forward. The only exception is if the agent closes a deal we provided through our live lead connection program.
Here's what it could look like.
*Based on NAR average agent commission income of $56,400.
Let's say you bring on an agent and their split is 80/20 with 20% of the commission going to the brokerage. Now let's say they close a deal where the total commission earned by the brokerage is $5,000. Here is what your compensation would look like:
Total Commission to Office: $5,0000
Agent (the person you referred): $4,000
Company Dollare: $1,000
Referral Fee (to you): $50
Again, there are no caps, there is no minimum... nothing. You start earning right away and it stays in effect as long as you are with the office. This is money you earn by simply helping us grow.
